Terms of Service

Minimum age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HereHaven or the Haven. Children under 13 may not create accounts or use the service. Beyond the Haven is available only to users aged 18 or older.

By agreeing to the age confirmation, you confirm that you are at least 13. Provide your actual date of birth when requested and correct inaccurate information. Accounts asked to review their date of birth must complete that review before continuing. HereHaven may restrict access when an account does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Using HereHaven

By using HereHaven, you agree to follow our community rules, respect intellectual property, avoid illegal or harmful content, and use the platform for lawful fictional storytelling.

Accounts

Users are responsible for account activity, age accuracy, and content they create or publish. HereHaven may restrict, remove, or suspend content or accounts that violate platform rules.
